Brother Dcp 7055w

Brother DCP-7055W does not scan when connected via USB. According to Debian wiki this is a problem with the USB driver.
But the device can be accessed via WLAN. Here is the description to setup the printer as WLAN device.

1. Connect the DCP-7055W to the WLAN via the printer menu and the router WPA function.

2. Try to ping the printer (e.g. 192.168.2.107) using

T530:/# brsaneconfig4 -p 192.168.2.107
test dcp7055w
ping 192.168.2.107 -w 10

PING 192.168.2.107 (192.168.2.107) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 192.168.2.107: icmp_seq=1 ttl=254 time=57.7 ms
64 bytes from 192.168.2.107: icmp_seq=2 ttl=254 time=8.60 ms

3. Add the device to the scanner and printer environment

brsaneconfig4 -a name=dcp7055w model=dcp7055w ip=192.168.2.107

4. Try to scan with XSane as user. A device like "brother4:net1;dev0" shall be selectable. It works !
